Minnesota Vikings EJ Henderson is the CEO of Youth Pro Fitness and Nutrition. Henderson stops by Bluff Creek to educate 500 students about the importance of health, wellness, and nutrition.? Youth Pro Fitness and Nutrition, better known as ?YoPro? is a community resource that?s owned and supported by professional athletes. YoPro specializes in improving health and wellness for kids ages 7-13. We accomplish our mission by providing structured physical fitness programs, nutrition curriculum?s, and health education seminars. We partner with local schools, rec centers, and community associations to facilitate our programs.
